The services were excellent! the room was well-appointed with 2 double beds and a balcony that offered beautiful views. the staff were efficient and friendly, and everything felt modern. This hotel is ideally located in a central area, close to local pubs, restaurants, and eateries.

The place of this hotel is good. And the balcony of our room was so wide that we could take a breakfast every morrning.

The room was neat and modern, perfect for relaxing, with extremely comfy beds, a great harbor view, and excellent free wifi.

The staff here are incredibly attentive, and the units are spacious, well-organized, and have excellent beds.

I had a fantastic stay at the Gladstone City Central Apartment Hotel. the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making the experience even better. the apartment was brand new and offered all the modern amenities I needed. I absolutely loved the comfy beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. Its central location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the Heron Island ferry and East Foreshore park. The location of this hotel was great as it was close to some major attractions in the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, giving us detailed information on the city's landmarks.

The cleanliness in the hotel was not up to standard. the carpets had stains and the shower door had a broken plastic strip that was not cleaned.

Staying in the center of town was really handy for exploring Gladstone. We were able to easily walk to cafes and shops, and even caught a show at the nearby theatre. the room was comfortable and clean, with a great view from the balcony. We especially appreciated the free wifi and Foxtel. Having secure parking was a bonus.

The hotel lacked a gym or pool, which was a drawback for those looking for fitness amenities.

The size of the room was impressive and it had all the necessary amenities. The location was also convenient and close to the center of the city where I had to attend a business meeting. the staff was friendly and helpful accommodating me with the requested extra towels.

Despite the positive aspects, there were also a few negative aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was pretty old and didn't work properly, causing discomfort during a hot day.
